The Parsons Nose is situated in the quaint village of Dingestow set in the beautiful county of Monmouthshire.
The farm and business is owned by the Dobson family who have an extensive history spanning generations with Master butchers and Bakers on both sides of the family.
Andrew Dobson (pictured above centre) manages the farm and The Parsons Nose along with the family and a friendly team of loyal staff.

At the Parsons Nose we make award winning sausages, pies and burgers. The exceptional quality and taste is created as our meat is reared using traditional free range farming methods which allow the animals to grow the end result being a much tastier meat.
Our pork sausages are 100% pork and contain cuts from the best part of the animal so you can be guaranteed a quality product.

Our pies are created using traditional family recipes such as our Hot Water Pastry recipe which was Andrews grandmothers recipe.

Our menu : Chicken and Veggie fajitas, nachos, burritos, quesadillas, choripan, chicken/chorizo box.
We offer vegan options and the chicken used is halal.

Papa Paella is the unmissable address for feasting paellas with original and perfumed recipes. It has been 9 years since we cook giant paellas and we know how to combine the right mix of spices with the products that compose them and the perfect cooking to reveal all their unique flavor. We prepare paellas with seafood, chicken, rabbits, fish, rice or pasta.

We cook everything from scratch and we are very selective with the ingredients that we use in our paellas because we want to be able to offer the best quality & taste. So apart from the local produce that we use where possible, most of our ingredients are from Iberica Spanish Food, an award-winning importer of authentic and traditional Spanish products, based in Brighton.
